Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Occasionally, there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. In this instance we ask that you please be patient with us whilst we process orders or track your parcel.

• Standard EU items delivery within 3-17 business days.

• EU Tracked & Signed items delivery within 2-14 business days.

Are there additional charges for orders outside of the UK?

When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days (UK customers) and 17 business days (EU and International customers) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery (UK customers) and 21 days after delivery (EU and International customers). The item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not refund, accept returns or exchange Sale items.
